In this AI Lead role, you drive the delivery of production-grade GenAI solutions for banking, shaping high-impact financial products in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cross-functional efforts, mentor consultants, and communicate complex architecture to banking stakeholders.

You will design and deploy robust RAG systems and agentic AI architectures to enable scalable, secure AI-enabled transformations. This position blends technical leadership with hands-on engineering to advance Globant’s mission of digital transformation.

Design and deploy RAG systems and Agentic AI architectures
Orchestrate multi-step workflows, tool calling, and memory management
Guide code reviews and mentor junior consultants
Articulate architecture decisions to banking stakeholders to drive adoption
Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure AI pipelines and observability

Responsabilidades

5–8 years total technical experience
1–2 years leading production-grade GenAI projects
Solid STEM background
Proficiency in Python and modern stack (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, DSPy)
Experience with MLOps and Enterprise AI Platforms (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow)
Cloud service experience (Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Salesforce Agentforce)
LLM evaluation, safety, and observability experience (Ragas, DeepEval, LangSmith, Arize)
Strong leadership and communication skills; English mandatory
