You will lead Pokémon GO’s European social media presence, shaping local campaigns and aligning with regional teams to adapt global strategies. You’ll drive growth, engagement, and cultural resonance with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences through data‑driven storytelling.Work cross‑functionally to ensure brand consistency across Europe and global campaigns, translating trends into authentic content. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to influence the global narrative while celebrating local communities and events in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead Europe social media strategy and day‑to‑day content planning, publishing and performance tracking for key regional channels
- Collaborate with regional teams to set local social goals, seasonal priorities, and adapt global strategies for each market
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure Europe priorities align with broader Pokémon GO campaigns
- Develop and launch social campaigns that celebrate in‑game events, community milestones, and new features
- Create campaign briefs with local market input reflecting cultural nuances and Trainer communities
- Oversee asset direction and approvals with internal teams, regional teams, and external agencies/vendors
- Monitor European and global social trends affecting Gen Z and Gen Alpha; translate into creative executions
- Analyze regional social performance and sentiment to optimize content strategies and plan campaigns
- Prepare social performance reports with regional teams, highlighting learnings and best practices
- Contribute to global social workstreams and bring to life Pokémon GO’s global creative strategy
- Attend meetings regularly with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or youth culture in European markets
