As a Senior Data Analyst in Regulatory Reporting, you will shape how regulatory data is modeled and delivered to regulators and auditors. You will work within the Data Analytics u0026amp; Regulatory Reporting team to build robust data models and automated deliveries that ensure timely, accurate submissions.You’ll partner with Compliance, Finance and Product to align data with official requirements, while enhancing dashboards for stakeholders and internal auditors. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a modern data platform and impact fintech regulatory operations at scale.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive data quality and automation in a fast-growing fintech environment
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Model data in the platform to generate regulatory and compliance reports
- Manage reporting processes: requirements gathering, data modelling, validation, and delivery of compliant files
- Maintain and build dashboards/visualisations using BI tools (Looker / Looker Studio) for stakeholders and auditors
- Contribute to automation and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes for accuracy and compliance
- 4-6 years of experience in Data/Business Analytics (finance or compliance is a plus)
- Advanced SQL skills for querying across complex datasets
- Experience with dbt, Google Cloud BigQuery, Looker, Sigma, Git
- Experience with Python
- Exposure to Regulatory or Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of Financial Services or Capital Markets desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to present data clearly and concisely
- Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
