You’ll train customers, cultivate loyalty, and work in a dynamic, startup-like environment focused on improving patient outcomes. This role offers a chance to influence diabetes care delivery and shape regional adoption of our Omnipod platform.

• Achieve sales objectives and market share within the assigned geographic area
• Develop and maintain relationships with key diabetes decision makers and influencers
• Demonstrate and train on Insulet products and related diabetes solutions
• Promote and train on Insulet data management software and ensure alignment with operational teams
• Manage customer training programs and maintain visibility with professional diabetes organizations
• Coordinate with Managed Markets and understand key decision-makers in managed care
• Execute field sales activities professionally within promotional guidelines and budget
• Perform administrative duties timely and within budget
• Engage with strategic accounts including private practice, large diabetes clinics, and teaching hospitals
• Collaborate with commercial and corporate offices to support territory growth
• Travel as required within territory for promotions and customer engagement

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant sales experience with a track record
• Preferred: prior sales experience in medical devices or diabetes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to execute sales and marketing plans and manage territory budget
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• Team player with experience dealing with Health Care Professionals and people with diabetes
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (overnight)
