Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead the UI/UX design of complex game features to elevate player experience. You own end-to-end design, from flows to final UI, working closely with Game Design, Tech and Production. You’ll maintain consistency across features and reinforce existing UI systems while mentoring teammates.You’ll document designs clearly and help the team ship high-quality experiences in production. This is a chance to shape cross-platform experiences at a globally growing games company.

- Own UI/UX of key features with cross-team alignment
- Ensure quality, clarity and consistency across features
- Produce clear documentation (flows, specs, behaviors) for development
- Mentor and support other designers to raise team UX/UI standards
- Collaborate with Game Design, Tech and Production to reduce friction and improve feature clarity
- Solid experience in UI/UX design for games or interactive products
- End-to-end design ability (flows, UI, implementation)
- Strong understanding of usability, interaction design and visual hierarchy
- Experience delivering complex features in production environments
- Experience with Figma
- Clear design documentation (e.g., Confluence)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working on mobile and console games
