In this role you enable AI-first diagnostic workflows by installing, configuring and integrating LIS/LIMS software within laboratory environments. You will work across healthcare labs and labs in life sciences, supporting AI-enabled solutions and data-driven optimization.You will act as a technical SME and trusted customer contact, guiding projects from planning to delivery and ensuring quality, documentation and knowledge transfer. The position offers involvement in on-site deployments, training, and collaboration with development and sales teams.
You will contribute to scalable, compliant lab analytics and AI-driven improvements that support healthier communities.

- Integrate software into laboratory workflows and map daily processes
- Deliver and implement LIS/LIMS projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical contact for customers
- Support adoption of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven technologies
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and system performance
- Prepare execution plans and project documentation
- Document work in internal systems and manage tasks per plan
- Deliver tasks within budget and quality standards
- Keep stakeholders informed about progress and risks
- Provide on-site support for implementations and training
- Manage small projects or sub-projects
- Interface between customers and development teams
- Coordinate handovers and support update/upgrade projects
- Support department with coordination, sales input, and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven optimization in workflows
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience in LIS/LIMS implementation
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes
- Knowledge of common IT applications
- Experience with LIS/LIMS, HL7, ASTM, IHE
- Operating systems, networking, virtualization
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French an asset)
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data handling in healthcare contexts
- Ability to work with data flows, data quality and structured datasets
- Awareness of data privacy, governance and ethics in AI for healthcare
