• Translate business needs into a prioritized product backlog and actionable user stories
• Validate functional designs against requirements and ensure alignment with global standards and compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define processes and enable seamless system integration
• Provide SME guidance on Marketing Platform modules, journey orchestration, and omnichannel capabilities
• Shape backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria with development teams
• Review builds, support UAT, and confirm business readiness before deployment
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous optimization of Omnichannel Platforms
• Enable change, training, and adoption by sharing product insights and rollout guidance
• Serve as a key SME contact to drive clarity and timely decisions across stakeholders
• Lead business demos to showcase Omnichannel Platforms capabilities and end-to-end processes

• 10-12 years of technology development experience
• Strong pharma omnichannel/CRM platform experience with deep knowledge of core modules and processes
• Experience in Agile delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders across markets
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in global or multi-market environments
• Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership for executive-level audiences
