- Build knowledge of TOMRA tech, competition, and customer value
- Plan with a structured sales approach and maintain a project pipeline
- Convert opportunities to orders and ensure smooth handovers to Sales Admin/CDPM
- Position TOMRA to drive customer satisfaction and organize promotional activities (demos, open days, webinars)
- Coordinate with Presales Engineering to transfer product/process information and provide feedback
- Collaborate on sales plans, agent handshakes, pipeline management, and customer relationships
- Align local sales strategy with BU Sales Manager; manage internal customer visits and commercial reports
- Manage customer demonstrations and reports to support decision making
- 10+ years of experience in sales in large capital equipment
- Strong background in the fresh food industry
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to build relationships, manage long sales cycles, and close high-value deals
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Higher technical, commercial, or industrial engineering degree (or equivalent)
