Experteer Overview

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. You will shape the operating model to reduce complexity and accelerate decision-making, while leading a global team to scale sustainable growth.

• Oversee end-to-end global supply chain for HMO, Lipids, and New Health Ingredients with accountability for delivery, cost, and cash.
• Improve customer delivery performance (OTIF, forecast accuracy, service reliability) in a growing, complex global environment.
• Enhance cost efficiency and cash with logistics cost optimization and inventory management to support scalable growth.
• Lead a global, matrixed team across factories and a distribution center, aligning with regional needs.
• Serve as senior advisor to Product, Commercial, Operations and Regional Supply Chain leaders to align supply decisions with business priorities.
• Shape category-based operating model, increasing end-to-end accountability and reducing handovers and latency.
• Communicate supply chain plans and performance to executives, driving digital transformation and capability development.

• 12+ years of global supply chain leadership experience in complex, multinational manufacturing environments
• Proven end-to-end supply chain leadership with exposure to manufacturing or logistics operations
• Strong expertise in S&OP / IBP, supply planning, and inventory optimization at scale
• Track record delivering cost, cash, and customer delivery KPIs in high growth, high complexity contexts
• Experience operating in matrix, global, multicultural organizations with influence without authority
• Strong stakeholder management with executive credibility across commercial, operations, and regional teams
• Hands-on, resilient leader who combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution in transformation contexts
