Join the pre-opening team of a new Luxury Collection hotel in Seville

Archer Hotel Management is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior MICE Sales Manager to join the pre-opening team of an exciting new five-star hotel in Seville, operating under The Luxury Collection brand and scheduled to open in late Q1 2027.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark luxury hospitality project from the very beginning. Working alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing and the hotel leadership team, you will play a key role in positioning the hotel within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events market, building strong client relationships and driving group and event revenue ahead of opening.

Tareas

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the hotel's MICE sales strategy in line with overall commercial objectives.
  • Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across corporate, agency, association and event planner segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support pre-opening and post-opening revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking activities and site inspections.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows and client functions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from prospecting through to conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, agencies, DMCs, PCOs and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting and sales planning activities.

Requisitos

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of MICE sales experience within luxury or upscale hotels.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the Spanish and international MICE market.
  • Experience working with corporate accounts, agencies, event planners and association business.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong business development capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
  • Experience participating in hotel openings or repositioning projects will be highly valued.
Languages
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Additional languages will be considered an advantage
