In questa role you will design and implement scalable AI solutions to modernize BASF IT Support, leveraging the Smart Integrated Assistant (SIA) as a cornerstone of the digital self-service strategy. You will build AI components across the stack, mentor colleagues, and drive data-driven improvements in enterprise IT.The position blends hands-on model work with cross-functional collaboration to deliver production-ready automation and intelligent insights. - Integrate AI components across ML services, APIs, and frontend apps
- Develop, test, and deploy ML models using CI/CD, GitHub, and containerized environments
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for successful integration
- Stay current with AI frameworks, LLM APIs, orchestration tools, and ITSM automation trends
- Mentor colleagues and promote continuous improvement in AIOps and generative AI solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise IT
- Expertise with Large Language Models and agentic AI, LLM APIs, and voice bot development
- Programming in Python; JavaScript or SQL beneficial
- Strong foundation in NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot complex IT support data and extract insights
- Proactive mindset and ongoing interest in emerging AI technologies
- Strong teamwork and communication in English
