Associate Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research Analytics

You will partner with biostatistics and cross-functional teams to generate timely, rigorous evidence that informs payer and clinical decision-making. The position offers impactful work at the intersection of health economics, data science, and strategic development.

• Design and implement HEOR studies supporting clinical, economic, and patient-centered value propositions and reimbursement needs
• Manage analytics consultants, guide analysis plans, monitor study conduct, review results
• Provide statistical guidance and interpret analysis outcomes
• Serve as real-world data expert; identify data sources and strategies to derive valid evidence
• Generate real-world insights to shape clinical development strategies and value decisions
• Collaborate with Biostatistics on clinical trial post-hoc analyses
• Produce rapid real-world evidence to support development timelines and decision-making
• Support medical or payer advisory meetings with evidence on disease impacts
• Ensure quality, timely deliverables across studies/projects
• Support publication planning, reviews, and approvals of abstracts/manuscripts
• Contribute to acquisition strategy for real-world data sources and analytic tools
• Contribute to HEOR analytics infrastructure and process improvements

• BS/MS/MA in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics and/or PhD in related area
• 5+ years in data sciences/biostatistics with analytical programming in R, Python, SAS or equivalent
• Experience with large EMR or claims databases preferred
• Knowledge of clinical trials and analysis of trial data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Flexibility to adapt to internal and external changes
• Experience in rare diseases is helpful but not mandatory
