You will test, launch, monitor pricing initiatives and deliver clear insights to leadership. This high-visibility role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape the company’s growth.

• Develop and execute global pricing strategy to meet short- and long-term objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitive pricing to inform pricing approaches
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify pricing needs and feedback
• Analyze growth and profitability across solution, package, feature, and geography levels
• Coordinate market research to identify customer needs, gaps, and perceptions in pricing
• Share pricing insights with executives and cross-functional teams
• Lead internal projects across RevOps, Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Tech, Marketing, and Product to test and launch pricing
• Recommend discount levels and build pricing documentation and enablement for frontline teams
• Contribute to business plans, targets, revenue and profitability tracking
• Analyze ongoing impact of pricing changes (financial and other)
• Contribute to other projects as needed

• Bachelor or Master in Business, Economics, Science, or related field
• 6+ years in pricing, revenue optimization, finance or strategy in B2B Tech or SaaS (highly preferred)
• Experience defining and executing pricing and packaging for a multi-product B2B SaaS
• Solid knowledge of pricing approaches and ability to tailor to goals
• Experience with experimentation and piloting pricing strategies
• Strong financial acumen and quantitative skills (data analysis, modeling, KPIs)
• Commercial mindset focused on growth and profitability
• Ability to distill complex models into clear insights and recommendations
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and effective communication
• English fluency; other languages a plus
• Knowledge of ESG initiatives preferred
