As a Product Technical Support Engineer, you will be central to managing warranty cases and providing technical support to customers, collaborating with factory, development, and Order Engineering. You will help deliver optimal solutions across global operations in the industrial cooling and heating domain.The role emphasizes learning from warranty cases to improve products and may include on-site support. - Technical background/degree (Mechanical Engineer)
- Experience in the HVAC / Chillers industry or a similar field
- Experience in Technical Support u0026 Warranty handling (Technical)
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Experience with project management and/or coordination
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written, especially in English
- Good IT understanding, including MS Office, Power BI and Teams
