• Support site management activities and serve as Sponsor representative for assigned sites
• Maintain and assist with Trial Master File and project files, including audits
• Prepare site manuals, reference tools, and related documents
• Update and input clinical tracking data into databases
• Track regulatory and clinical documents and manage site communications
• Manage shared mailbox and route site correspondence
• Coordinate ordering, packaging, shipping, and tracking of site supplies
• Assist with team meetings, take notes, and capture action items
• Handle receipt and tracking of Case Report Forms and queries
• Maintain awareness of clinical research through required trainings

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to embrace new technologies
• Minimal travel up to 25%
