As part of the T-DAT SDM Cloud Enabling Squad in Madrid, you will migrate CNTDB, HSS, and UDM from bare-metal to a Kubernetes-based cloud, shaping Kubernetes-based database solutions for Telekom's Subscriber Data Management. You will work cross-functionally to enable end-to-end system functionality and advance automated deployment and testing within a scalable cloud architecture.This role blends cloud-native engineering with high-availability telecom databases to drive reliable, automated CI/CD processes. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment focused on responsible, scalable tech in 5G/4G core contexts.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop, test and execute automated deployment methods for database services on Kubernetes Cloud architecture
- Develop, test and execute automated end-to-end tests for database services on Kubernetes Cloud architecture and UDM and HSS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable end-to-end system functionality
- Develop strategies for automated integration and delivery processes, including managing the infrastructure and tool suite shared across projects
- Knowledge of mobile communications in 5G Core (UDM, AMF, SMF, NRF) and 4G Core (HSS, DRA)
- Experience with SDL/CNTDB systems
- Knowledge and experience in usage of real-time high availability databases (OneNDS, CNTDB, SDL)
- Advanced know-how in Network Policies, Secrets, and Node/Pods configuration
- Fundamental knowledge of DevOps, cloud and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Flux, DSO, Artifactory)
- Basic knowledge of microservice architecture
- Experience with cloud-based applications and databases in a Kubernetes environment
- Experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- English language proficiency (CV required in English)
