In this role you drive medium-size robotics projects within ABB’s Service Robotics Product Line in Europe. You lead a cross-functional team to meet scope, quality, and contractual targets, applying formal project management with risk and budget oversight.You partner with stakeholders to shape technical solutions and ensure customer acceptance. This is an opportunity to influence automation in healthcare, life sciences, food service, and retail, contributing to ABB’s mission of advancing automated, sustainable operations.

- Plan, monitor, and control internal and external resources to achieve goals
- Track progress, optimize resource use, and manage project financials
- Identify, quantify, and manage project risks and opportunities
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment
- +4 years of experience in robotics, automation, laboratory technologies, or related fields with a proven delivery track record
- Hands-on experience in proposal/pre-sales activities and customer discussions to define scope and adjust based on constraints
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
