As a Frontend Software Engineer in the Convert area, you shape the customer search and booking experiences on our e-commerce platform. You will work in a cross-functional team to deliver modern frontends, focusing on performance, quality, and scalable UI components.You contribute to product ideation, participate in agile delivery, and emphasize clean code, tests, and SOLID practices. This role offers a chance to impact millions of travel customers across Europe, in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
You’ll collaborate with data-driven teams and leverage cutting-edge tools to drive value.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Build modern frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, styled-components, and GraphQL
- Ensure code quality through tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and maintainability practices
- Work in a distributed micro-services environment with daily deployments and SOLID principles
- Join a cross-functional team to contribute to product definition and ideation
- Deliver in an agile Kanban setup and monitor product/technical OKRs
- Participate in learning activities (workshops, hackathons) and promote technical excellence
- Strong JavaScript expertise with 5+ years experience
- Solid knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and algorithms
- Experience with microservices, clean code, SOLID, and TDD
- Proficiency in Cloud and Continuous Delivery environments
- Data-driven mindset and design pattern skills
- English fluency, strong communication, and teamwork
- Ability to contribute to product definition and propose improvements
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket and monitoring/observability concepts
