As a Project Manager at Kapsch, you lead complex tolling initiatives from start to finish, guiding planning, execution, and closure. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.You drive risk mitigation, contract and change handling, and quality assurance, with regular reporting to leadership. This role combines hands-on leadership with a focus on delivering valuable outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

- Provide regular progress updates and risk/issue reporting to senior management and clients
- 5-10 years of experience leading technical projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Spanish bilingual; English minimum level B2
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
