Description: Slovenian-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €21,262 gross per year

About the role

If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems, this role could be a good fit. You’ll support customers using Booking’s platform, helping both travelers and accommodation partners resolve issues and get the information they need.

What you’ll do

Handle customer queries by phone and email

Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions

Support both travelers and accommodation providers from around the world

Help resolve questions related to bookings, payments, and technical issues

Follow internal processes while maintaining a high level of service

What we’re looking for

Fluent Slovenian (C2 level) and strong English

Good communication skills, both written and spoken

Comfortable using computers (Office 365, CRM systems, internal tools)

A practical, solution-focused mindset

Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations

Ability to work towards goals and adapt to change

Interest in travel or accommodation platforms

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

What you’ll get

Contract details

Full-time: 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)

Working hours between 09:00 and 20:00

Temporary contract

27 working days of holiday per year
