Network Planning Specialist

You will lead or contribute to cross-network planning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers global exposure, cross-functional impact, and opportunities to shape planning strategies within Henkel's diverse supply chain network.

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across the supply chain
• Define and improve planning parameters and underlying processes
• Drive and/or represent planning in cross-network projects and Supply Chain initiatives
• Act as go-to person for planning-related parameters and processes
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Ru0026P community, Business Process Owners, Logistics on projects
• Support optimization of planning strategies and related parameters across the network
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset within the planning community

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning or related fields
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred: Business Administration, Economics with SC focus, or Engineering)
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Proven continuous improvement approach with experience in CI projects and process optimization
• Solid project management skills to drive optimization initiatives end-to-end
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
