You’ll leverage diagnostics, big data, and remote tools to preempt failures and improve service quality, while representing Denza with professionalism. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of advanced EV tech and luxury customer experience, offering meaningful impact in expanding Denza’s European aftersales capability.

• On-site technical service for vehicle repairs and interventions
• Remote technical support and guidance to customers
• Cross-functional issue escalation with Quality, R&D, and technical teams
• Big data and advanced diagnostics to predict issues and track cases in real time
• Quality feedback and corrective actions based on multi-channel insights
• Premium customer interaction and representation of Denza as a technical expert

• 3-5 years of automotive service experience, preferably in premium or EV brands
• Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage EV systems
• Experience as Mobile Service Technician, Workshop Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Technical Specialist is advantageous
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
• Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools, remote support platforms, and digital repair systems
• Knowledge of high-voltage safety procedures and EV architecture
• Ability to interpret technical data, failure patterns, and quality reports
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
• Fluent in English and local market language
