An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Applications Lead to join the Iberia team of a global entertainment company.This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Business Central Consultant who s ready to move in-house taking full ownership of the company s Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business systems across multiple European entities.

You ll play a key role in driving system adoption, improving business processes, and supporting users across Finance, Operations, and other functions.The role offers full remote flexibility, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across Iberia and Group HQ in London.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across group companies in Iberia.Act as the primary point of contact for Business Central users, managing internal support and external partners.
Supervise functional and technical workshops, ensuring best practices and effective change management.
Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing performance improvements.
Manage and support other business applications (e.g. HR systems, digital signature tools such as DocuSign or Ironclad).
Conduct business analysis and translate stakeholder requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and group stakeholders to align systems development with company objectives.
Skills and Experience RequiredMinimum of 2 years experience implementing or supporting Business Central, Navision, Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.
Strong understanding of Finance, Inventory, and Project Management modules.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese advantageous)
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
Experience with digital signature tools (DocuSign, Ironclad, etc.).
