Sr Community Manager - Stumble Guys!

You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver player-first campaigns and LiveOps initiatives that keep the community vibrant and loyal. This position offers the chance to shape community culture at scale in a global, data-driven environment.

• Own and scale the community strategy across Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms
• Lead the seasonal community calendar with high-impact activations aligned to LiveOps and game beats
• Create engagement initiatives (events, challenges, UGC, creator collaborations) to boost participation and loyalty
• Engage daily with players to foster authentic relationships and a positive environment
• Moderate and elevate conversation quality through strong community standards and safety
• Collaborate with external partners/agencies to ensure execution and consistent voice
• Partner with Marketing, Product, LiveOps, and Creative for integrated campaigns
• Define, track, and report community metrics, translating data into actions
• Identify and launch innovative initiatives including cross-collaborations with creators, brands
• Stay ahead of trends to keep Stumble Guys culturally relevant

• 5+ years in community management, social media, or related roles (gaming/entertainment preferred)
• Proven experience managing Discord and Reddit communities at scale
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Twitch, and creator ecosystems
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• Experience working with external partners or agencies, focused on delivery
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and reporting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for gaming and building engaging player communities
