You’ll drive platform integrity, governance, and high-impact engineering across integrations, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements. This is a chance to shape healthcare experiences for clinicians, caregivers, and patients by building reliable, high-performance Salesforce capabilities.

• Platform ownership and governance for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Guide and manage outsourced support, uphold SLAs and engineering standards
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes with governor limits in mind
• Build reusable Lightning Web Components for Experience Cloud and core Salesforce experiences
• Design Service Cloud architecture including case management, automation, and omni-channel routing
• Balance declarative and programmatic automation (Flow, Apex) for maintainability
• Create secure REST integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SAP Cloud, Marketing Cloud Connect)
• Maintain security, governance and data protection aligned with Salesforce sharing model
• Manage SSO provisioning and access control with Microsoft EntraID
• Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and Salesforce DX
• Translate functional designs into technically sound solutions with estimates and trade-offs
• Monitor platform health, manage performance, and minimize disruption during releases
• Lead roadmap discussions and evaluate Salesforce capabilities, including AI-first automation
• Support assurance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2) with proper documentation and evidence
• Provide technical leadership and maintain runbooks and data models
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-team knowledge sharing

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform engineering experience
• Expert Apex development with governor limits understanding
• Hands-on Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce sharing model and data protection
• Experience with secure REST API integrations and error handling
• SSO integration experience with enterprise IdPs (SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect, preferably Microsoft EntraID)
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow automation and deciding when to use declarative vs. programmatic approaches
• Experience with Service Cloud, Case Management, automation, and console configurations
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, Salesforce DX
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Experience collaborating with outsourced IT support teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into designs
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Experience working with Business Systems Analysts or functional partners
• Analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across distributed teams
• At least one Salesforce certification (Platform Developer I, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant)
