In this role you drive Total Quality Management across properties by coaching and guiding teams to meet brand standards and guest expectations. You partner with General Managers and staff to design and implement QA strategies that support continuous improvement and employee satisfaction.You will lead process-improvement efforts, analyze guest feedback, and ensure quality processes align with the company mission. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to shape guest experiences and quality culture at scale.

- Direct quality initiatives addressing top customer needs and measure improvements
- Facilitate process-improvement teams using systematic approaches
- Train staff on problem solving, process improvement, and strategic planning
- Educate new employees on quality foundations and usage of quality tools
- Review guest feedback with leadership and implement corrective actions
- Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback on service quality and satisfaction
- Lead HR activities to improve guest satisfaction and staff engagement
- Set goals for direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and ensure policy compliance
- Champion change and align initiatives with brand and regional objectives
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major (experience varies)
- Several years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales/marketing, or operations
