As Market Finance Controller, you will lead the market’s month-end close and ensure reporting accuracy across local GAAP and IFRS within TMF Group policies. You’ll coordinate with offices worldwide and oversee statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory deadlines to support compliant, timely financial statements.This role sits in the Internal Finance and Group Finance Control team, reporting to the Group Controller and Market Finance Director, and emphasizes cross-market collaboration and process improvement. You will help streamline structures and maintain high-quality, transparent financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for the market with timely reporting aligned to group deadlines
- Ensure financial information complies with local GAAP, IFRS, and TMF Group policies
- Oversee accounting operations; review revenue, costs, and balance sheet accuracy; provide insights to Finance leadership
- Ensure compliance with group policies and tax/regulatory deadlines; support statutory financial statements and audits
- Coordinate organizational structure improvements, including potential entity liquidations or amalgamations
- At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Familiarity with EPM systems (e.g., OneStream) and ERP systems (e.g., D365)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Possess good working attitude, interpersonal and leadership skills
