You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to localise materials and optimise local channels, delivering measurable outcomes.

• Local Marketing & Field Activation: plan and execute local activities, manage relationships with schools and community partners, handle event logistics, generate leads on-site, optimise Google Business Profiles and Instagram, track engagement and lead performance
• Real Estate Scouting: identify and evaluate potential locations for new Tuition Centres, conduct on-site visits, coordinate with real estate agents/landlords, provide expansion recommendations
• Localisation: adapt marketing materials for the Spanish market and contribute light copywriting for local assets and social content

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• 3+ years in local marketing, field activation, community outreach, or trade marketing
• Strong project management and organisational skills with multitasking ability
• Experience collaborating with Sales or working in field-driven environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience managing digital local channels (Instagram, Google Business Profiles)
• Native-level Spanish and good English
• Willingness to be on-site and travel within Madrid
• Strong networking and representation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, resilience, and execution focus
