In this role you will lead the end‑to‑end CLM, GenAI for Legal, and broader legal tech initiatives to transform processes and data quality. You’ll work across the global LRC function and with D&T to enable smarter workflows and cross‑functional adoption.Expect to shape key metrics, dashboards, and reporting to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to influence the future of legal operations at a global scale.

- Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption
- 5+ years' experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations
- Hands‑on expertise with CLM, legal technology, workflow automation, or GenAI
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives
- Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
- A data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs
