Experteer Overview

As HR Manager Iberia, you will partner with Iberia leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on organization design, leadership, and culture, ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and local needs.

You’ll lead recruitment planning, performance and development processes, and DE&I initiatives while leveraging HR data to inform decisions. This role combines strategic impact with hands-on people management in an entrepreneurial, international environment.

Responsabilidades
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with generalist and business partnering responsibilities
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Strong passion for people, business and the industry, with a focus on contributing to organizational success
