Experteer Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at Workato, you will build and evolve API interfaces and backend infrastructure that power our cloud-native platform. You’ll collaborate across UI, connectivity and DevOps teams to tackle complex problems and deliver scalable Rails-based solutions.You contribute across the full development lifecycle, write clean, tested code, and advocate for architectural improvements. This role offers meaningful impact as you help advance real-time orchestration at scale and secure, reliable automation across the business.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Build complex Ruby on Rails applications
- Develop server-side infrastructure for Workato user interface
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Evaluate and propose improvements to the existing system
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- 5+ years of experience developing, shipping and maintaining Rails applications
- Vast knowledge of Ruby
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
- Experience with Redis/Memcache based caching, Postgres
- Contributions to open source projects is a plus
