In this Team Leader role at Teleperformance Spain, you will lead the commercial engine of Airbnb’s Homes Supply program for the EMEA region. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, drive outbound pipelines, and oversee professional property-manager engagements.You’ll build and scale a multilingual sales team, using data-driven insights to optimize acquisition workflows and performance. This is a high-impact, cross-market leadership role with direct collaboration with Airbnb and TP leadership to accelerate growth.

- Lead consultative engagements with professional property managers
- Collaborate with Airbnb Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting and outreach cadences
- Build and scale a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance
- Proficient English (C1)
- Preferred secondary language: Italian, Spanish or French; other languages a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Good people skills
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus
- Passionate about sales, technology and the internet with a learner mindset
- High emotional intelligence
