The position involves cross-site coordination, data reduction and analysis, and collaboration with design offices and program teams. This is a hands-on, technically diverse role at Getafe with potential short-term support at other sites, offering meaningful impact on system safety and performance.

• Act as Test Specialist for Human Factors across platforms (excluding Eurofighter) including simulators, labs, and flight/test activities
• Support Integrated Test Team forums and coordinate test planning, reviews, and optimization of test requests
• Define data reduction, monitoring, and analysis means in coordination with Test Framework and instrumentation
• Interface with design offices, certification authorities, and program offices; draft certification/qualification cards and test reports
• Assist Flight Test Engineers in flight test preparation, telemetry monitoring, safety overseer roles, and data analysis
• Provide HF expertise for system architecture and design from a Human Factors perspective
• Analyze and validate aircraft limitations and assess snags with rationale for closure or design changes
• Optimize test data analysis methods and manage priorities
• Ensure compliance with test programmes and V&V strategies across activities

• 5+ years in Human Factors within Integration Testing (Simulators/RIG/AC Level)
• Knowledge of HF concepts: workload, situational awareness, usability, HMI, errors management, fatigue, ergonomics
• Experience with HF test scales and evaluation methods (Bedford, NASA TLX, ISA)
• HF development and certification processes (COHDA, FAHDA, Local/Global Evaluations)
• Knowledge of Integration & Tests route map
• Ability to meet timescales and milestones
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
• English and Spanish negotiation level; NATO SECRET valued
