MOC Fleet Engineer

Experteer Overview

You’ll monitor fleet health, analyse recurring issues, and liaise with manufacturers to uphold fleet reliability. This role offers impact across flight operations and maintenance in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

• Provide immediate real-time expert guidance on MEL interpretation and technical troubleshooting
• Ensure accurate fleet status reporting with deferred defects tracked in AMOS
• Track and analyse repetitive defects across the fleet
• Monitor deferred defects daily and ensure timely rectification plans
• Follow SHM and SPM analyses to propose corrective actions and address non-compliance
• Communicate with flight crews and maintenance suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Maintain fleet reliability by coordinating technical consultations with OEMs (Airbus, IAE, CFM, Collins, etc.)
• Provide engineering support and troubleshooting for the fleet

• EASA B1 and/or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License on A320 family
• University degree qualification in an aviation stream
• Minimum 3 years in heavy or line maintenance or MCC/MOC experience
• Experience with Airbus A320 family and/or Boeing aircraft
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Understanding of PART 145/PART M regulatory framework
• Understanding of OEM data
• Knowledge of digital health monitoring systems (Airman web, Skywise, Aviatar)
• Advanced MS Office
• Knowledge of AMOS and AIMS
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress environment
• Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts (24/7)
• Exposure to regulatory bodies
• Project management experience
• Analytical ability using IT platforms (Excel)
