In this role you will lead the engineering execution and tendering of eMobility electrical infrastructure projects, focusing on DC charging for buses and related MV/LV systems. You’ll drive cross‑functional collaboration with local units, sales, Ru0026amp;D, and suppliers to deliver safe, compliant, and high‑quality solutions.This position blends technical leadership with project management to shape scalable charging infrastructure and energy systems. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and travel up to 10% to engage with customers. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Take technical lead in the execution and tendering of eMobility electrical infrastructure projects (e.g., bus depots, terminal charging stations) and guide local execution and tendering teams
- Own engineering activities across the project lifecycle from concept to commissioning
- Collaborate with Local Operating Units, Sales, Ru0026D, Product engineers, Supply chain, and installation/commissioning teams; engage externally with customers and suppliers
- Coordinate and supervise remote engineering teams for primary and secondary engineering tasks
- Design power supply system architectures, perform sizing calculations, and prepare technical specifications
- Evaluate supplier offers and support procurement processes with Supply Chain Management
- Provide technical expertise during tendering and project execution phases
- Translate customer requirements into optimized, compliant technical solutions
- Lead technical discussions with clients, resolve site queries, and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables
- Ensure safety, compliance, and engineering excellence throughout the project
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Electronics or Power Systems
- 7–10 years of experience in MV/LV power distribution and electrical system design/engineering
- Experience with DC power supply systems, power converters, energy storage, or harmonic filtering is a plus
- Proficiency with engineering tools and software (e.g., BIM, CAD, ETAP, MathCAD)
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer and project meetings
