As Head of GTM for Prime Partnerships, you will own the go-to-market strategy for the Financial Services vertical and aggressively drive revenue, pipeline, and partnerships with Tier 1 FS players in France. Based in Barcelona, you’ll bridge Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to turn alliances into scalable market engines.You’ll shape value propositions, guide complex integrations and compliance framing, and lead a cross-functional team to hit Year 1 objectives. This role offers high ownership, a strategic impact on a global travel platform, and the chance to shape a premier partner ecosystem.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and execute end-to-end FS GTM strategy and Year 1 targets for Prime Partner initiatives
- Collaborate with Customer Success post-launch to ensure onboarding, product adoption, and continued value realization
- Co-create joint-value propositions with elite financial institutions and translate integrations, security, and compliance into market positioning
- Act as central liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmaps and enable co-selling with FS partners
- Build and scale partner enablement assets (playbooks, training, sales collateral) for internal and external teams
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs (partner-sourced/influenced pipeline, CAC, ecosystem retention)
- Own the France-focused Tier 1 FS partnership strategy and navigate the regulatory landscape
- 8+ years in Go-To-Market strategy, Partner Marketing, or Strategic Alliances in FinTech, PayTech, or Enterprise Software serving FS
- Direct experience delivering and scaling partnerships with Tier 1 FS partners in France
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-suite audiences
- Willingness to relocate to Barcelona (hybrid) and travel as needed
