In this role you will define and drive the ALM and treasury workflow for a scaling Fintech, bridging financial strategy with technical execution. You’ll craft a scalable roadmap aligning FX exposure, liquidity, and financial reporting across systems, while guiding engineering to deliver automated, compliant processes.You will partner with senior finance leaders to rethink current methods and push for a platform-centric, real-time operational model. This is a chance to shape how Ebury manages its balance sheet at scale and influence cross-functional outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define the ALM, FX exposure, and liquidity reporting roadmap
- Lead data mapping from transactional systems to General Ledgers (GL) and Chart of Accounts (CoA) to ensure a single truth
- Act as sparring partner to Treasurer and Head of Accounting to improve efficiency and automation
- Build systems and frameworks for real-time liquidity monitoring and management
- Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into prioritized, compliant builds
- Drive transformation from a request-based model to a scalable, platform-centric architecture
- Deep background in ALM, Treasury, or Financial Engineering in Fintech or Banking
- Strong understanding of FX exposure and risk mitigation through system-driven logic
- Experience challenging senior stakeholders and proposing scalable solutions
- Hands-on experience building or implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ALM platforms
- Knowledge of ALM and Liquidity Risk concepts
- Experience with Financial Reporting Systems and ERP integrations
- Knowledge of FX hedging and balance sheet management
- Proven Product Management or Business Systems Analysis in a high-growth environment
