Compliance Analyst at AXA Partners – Ensuring a robust culture of compliance across our global operations!

Are you passionate about compliance, risk management, and working in a dynamic, international environment? AXA Partners is looking for a dedicated Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Function in implementing and maintaining effective compliance practices across all our business units worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in rolling out the centrally driven Compliance plan across all business units within AXA Partners.
  • Support the development of a strong compliance culture by maintaining a visible presence within the business.
  • Escalate issues and matters requiring approval in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Participate in special projects related to compliance activities.
  • Provide BAU (business as usual) compliance support to various business units and geographies.
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of Compliance Metrics.
  • Promote a unified AXA Partners Compliance team across all lines of business and geographies.
  • Perform ad hoc compliance activities as requested by the Central Compliance Team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or within a regulated insurance company/group.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution models.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen, persuasive influence, and high personal integrity.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
