AXA Partners is looking for a dedicated Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Function in implementing and maintaining effective compliance practices across all our business units worldwide.Join us and help shape the future of responsible insurance and assistance services!
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in rolling out the centrally driven Compliance plan across all business units within AXA Partners.
- Support the development of a strong compliance culture by maintaining a visible presence within the business.
- Escalate issues and matters requiring approval in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Participate in special projects related to compliance activities.
- Provide BAU (business as usual) compliance support to various business units and geographies.
- Contribute to the preparation and analysis of Compliance Metrics.
- Promote a unified AXA Partners Compliance team across all lines of business and geographies.
- Perform ad hoc compliance activities as requested by the Central Compliance Team.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or within a regulated insurance company/group.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution models.
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial acumen, persuasive influence, and high personal integrity.
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
