As a Senior Data Scientist at Cabify, you will shape data-driven decisions across mobility operations, pricing, fraud detection, and marketing optimization. You will work with the Applied Science team to design and validate models, deploy them to production, and translate findings into business impact across 40+ cities.You’ll collaborate with data, engineering, product and business teams, contributing to research and the company’s data culture. This role offers high autonomy, impactful projects, and opportunities to influence how cities move.

- Design, train, validate ML models and help deploying them into production
- Lead the design and results analysis of real-life experiments using rigorous methods
- Translate DS work into tangible business insights
- Contribute to research and innovation, sharing new ideas with the team
- Diffuse complex ideas to stakeholders and promote data culture
- Participate in product development conversations providing the DS perspective
- Act as a technical reference within the team and promote best practices
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a data scientist or equivalent
- Master or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, etc.
- Experience leading design, training and validation of statistical and ML models
- Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and data visualization libraries
- Experience with data extraction and processing; capable of writing complex SQL
- Experience bringing ML to production, including deployment, training, testing, model degradation, serving
- Ability to work autonomously in an unstructured environment
- Salary 50K-63K
- Recharge days (10 Fridays annually)
