Experteer Overview
In this Senior Product Designer role, you’ll own the design vision and quality for a key area of Perk’s payments product. You will work closely with product and engineering to craft simple, trusted experiences that scale with the business. You’ll uncover real user problems in payments and translate insights into intuitive solutions that reduce friction.The role offers the chance to influence how millions of employees and finance teams manage expenses, cards, and invoicing at scale. You’ll bring a craft-oriented, AI-aware approach to design and help push the team toward iterative, high-quality outcomes.

- Bridge user needs and business goals, advocating for design in decision-making
- Conduct and synthesize user research to define clear, intuitive experiences
- Design experiences for expense, card, and invoice management across large user bases
- Prototype rapidly with tools to explore patterns and accelerate shipping
- Stay current on AI trends and infuse perspective into design practice
- Promote high craft and iterative, AI-native ways of working within cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast-growing tech company
- Experience in Expense Management, FinTech, or SaaS is a plus
- Payments domain experience (e.g., payments processing, orchestration, invoicing)
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking across the traveler journey
- Data-driven decision making using qualitative and quantitative signals
- Ability to influence product direction in cross-functional settings
- Excellent communication and storytelling for stakeholders
- Passion for AI and hands-on prototyping
- Proficiency with prototyping tools and collaboration environments (Figma, Git)
- Comfort with English-language documentation and presentations
