Senior Product Manager - FX Pricing

You will lead discovery, define requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration, while mentoring peers and maintaining clear product documentation. This role blends FX pricing expertise with strategic leadership in a fast-paced FinTech.

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for major features from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
• Contribute to the product roadmap with data-driven feature recommendations based on market insights and objectives
• Lead in-depth product discovery translating user needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, aligning on vision, strategy, and execution
• Define and monitor KPIs; use data to identify improvements and drive iterations
• Identify complex problems and drive innovative solutions that differentiate offerings
• Develop and maintain product documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Mentor peers and contribute to PM best practices within the team

• Expertise in valuing FX and interest rate curves, including construction, maintenance, and interpolation across currencies
• Knowledge of FX derivatives valuation models (options, swaps)
• Experience connecting and integrating multiple liquidity providers (LPs) and ECNs
• Understanding of FX market microstructure and execution protocols (RFQ, Streaming, Firm vs Last Look) and impact on pricing/risk
• Knowledge of aggregation logic to optimize trade flow for best execution
• Strong understanding of risk methodologies for trading books (VaR, P&L attribution, stress testing, counterparty risk) in FX/EM
• Familiarity with modern FX trading system components (OMS, EMS, post-trade, regulatory feeds)
• Operational experience in Emerging Markets (settlement, clearing, capital controls)
