In this role you drive Hager’s project business in Spain, leading a national strategy and growing profitable project-related sales. You will manage a high-performing Project Sales team and shape relationships with design bureaus, investors, and key accounts to win large-scale projects.You translate market insights into localized GTM plans and ensure engineering-excellence in quotes and tender docs. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with a clear impact on market share and long-term success.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and execute the national Project Business strategy with objectives, KPIs, and commercial plans
- Lead and develop the Project Sales team to achieve high performance and customer focus
- Drive specification and prescription using Hager digital tools (BIM models, configurators, network calculations)
- Build and expand strategic sales channels including Panel Builders, OEMs, and System Integrators
- Develop and maintain relationships with design bureaus, consultants, and engineering influencers
- Identify and secure large-scale construction and infrastructure projects via direct engagement with investors, developers, EPCs, MEPs, and major electrical installers
- Lead Key Account Management for strategic accounts across project lifecycles
- Gather market intelligence, assess pipelines, and translate insights into localized GTM strategies
- Provide technical support for project bids, ensuring responsiveness and engineering excellence in quotes and tender documents
- 8–10 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel management in electrical, automation, or building tech sectors
- Proven track record in project-based selling and stakeholder management across the value chain
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and technical product portfolios
- Customer-focused mindset with ownership and service orientation
- Strategic thinker with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills
