• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with account inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and payments
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-focused approach
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring quality
• Collaborate with remote team members to achieve service-level targets

• Spanish language: C1–C2 level
• English: B2 level
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup
