Senior Project Manager (HVDC in Spain)

The role focuses on HVDC activities in Spain, driving on-time delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will partner with cross-functional groups to implement process improvements and maximize project impact.

• Lead project team and define execution approach for internal and external resources
• Monitor progress, resource use, and financials including invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and pursue opportunities
• Facilitate contract close-out and formal project acceptance by the customer
• Procure services, materials, and equipment; support negotiations, claims, and changes
• Build and maintain strong internal/external stakeholder relationships; serve as customer contact and escalation point
• Oversee HVDC activities in Spain, ensure proper organization and staffing
• Deliver targets for customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
• Provide oversight to ensure actions for improvement are defined and implemented

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent (minimum)
• Experience managing large EPC projects in energy/industrial sectors
• Ability to navigate complex contractual setups with clients and partners
• Strong organizational skills and multi-team coordination
• Influential communicator with leadership presence
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Financial acumen and commercial awareness
• Familiar with risk, schedule, and change management
• Experience with internal and external stakeholder management
• Proactive, results- and collaboration-focused mindset
