German Speaking Customer Service Representative - Porto (On-site)
Location: Porto, PortugalWork Model: Onsite
Working Hours- Monday to Sunday: 06:00 – 21:00 (Rotative shifts)
- 2 rotative days off
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
- German C2 level (mandatory)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work in rotative shifts
- Starting date: 22/Jan/2026
- €1,300 per month
- €200 per month performance bonus
