Experteer Overview

In this role you contribute to marketing automation and martech development within Omega CRM, a leading CXM-focused unit. You will implement and optimize cloud-based marketing processes, integrate systems, and ensure automated communications across touchpoints.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into scalable SFMC solutions, staying current with Martech advances. This is a hands-on role that blends development, testing, and documentation to support client success and growth.

Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development
Implement marketing cloud development infrastructure
Analyze client marketing and technology needs and contribute to system communications through developments
Perform basic and specialized marketing tasks
Develop processes to run cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions
Launch developments and automation processes aligned with cloud implementation
Provide development consulting to ensure smooth automated communications
Activate automated communications and marketing automation across client touchpoints
Implement latest marketing technology solutions
Conduct test trials, diagnostics, and resolve development issues in marketing automation tools
Document development processes and monitor system performance
Work on cloud integrations using Javascript, Ampscript, Server-Side Javascript, API
Meet software quality standards with Omega's technical management

Responsabilidades

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects
Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript
Experience in HTML and CSS development
Salesforce certifications are an asset
High level of English
