Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, develop, test and maintain web platforms that deliver immersive, omni-channel experiences for BASF’s customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and craft high-quality software. You will explore usability, accessibility and performance to create impactful, user-centered dashboards, with a focus on agricultural domain needs.This position offers hands-on impact from day one within an international, innovative team and a mission-driven environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Implement web applications using HTML, CSS and Angular frontend technologies
- Develop and refine user flows, wireframes and prototypes for web and dashboard apps
- Backend development with Java 8
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing in the agriculture domain and iterate designs
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and development with data visualization, preferably in agriculture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio showcasing redesign projects with user-centered design
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, and tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar task management tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, BASF portal standards including accessibility
- Prior BASF Ag experience is a plus
