Experteer Overview

In this role you act as the primary IT relationship owner for the Engineering u0026amp; Technology organization, aligning IT and Digital initiatives with business goals. You will translate business needs into technology capabilities, manage a portfolio of IT projects, and ensure value delivery through governance, budgeting, and risk management.

You collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to enable IT/OT convergence and digital innovation that supports manufacturing, product development, and operations. This position offers global exposure, strategic influence, and opportunities to drive transformation in a dynamic healthcare-tech environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Be the liaison between Eu0026T units and IT to define and prioritize IT initiatives
Lead requirements gathering and business case development to justify IT investments
Oversee medium- to large-scale IT projects/programs with governance and PMO compliance
Drive change management to enable adoption of IT-enabled changes
Manage financial planning for IT and Digital responsibilities (budgeting, forecasting, capacity)
Coordinate with global, multi-site, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Promote continuous improvement and digital innovation within Eu0026T
Support IT/OT convergence and participate in Digital Plant Infrastructure initiatives
Ensure governance, issue resolution, and escalation pathways with site IT Business Partners

Responsabilidades

University degree or equivalent in IT or related discipline; data science, data engineering, MIS, analytics, or similar
At least 5 years of experience in a large industry IT Business Partner and/or Project Manager role
Understanding of IT and digital technologies, web development languages, platforms, frameworks, and system integration
Proven experience working with OT and Engineering organizations
Knowledge of latest IT and data innovation technologies and curiosity for new trends
Strong analytical skills to interpret digital use cases and advise on platforms
Track record leading cross-functional, multi-site projects in a sophisticated manufacturing environment, preferably with Agile/Scrum
Excellent change management, negotiation, and stakeholder influence in a matrix, multi-cultural organization
