In this role you lead a Presales Solutions Engineering team covering the Americas, focused on Identity Security and Zero Trust. You mentor engineers, set performance expectations, and drive innovative, customer-centric security solutions that align with Cisco’s strategic vision.You’ll act as a strategic advisor to customers and partners, shaping cross-product security offerings amid AI-driven market evolution. Your leadership accelerates growth, standards, and technical excellence across the team and organization.
