In a fast-moving startup, you’ll tackle cross-functional requests, deliver dashboards and reports, and drive process improvements. This role offers ownership over Salesforce health, integrations, and user enablement, within a values-driven, remote-friendly culture.

• Serve as a key administrator for the Salesforce.com environment and handle core admin tasks
• Provide first-line user support and maintain process documentation
• Design and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and page layouts
• Manage data loading, cleanup, and de-duplication ensuring governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and implement Salesforce enhancements
• Manage and maintain integrations with third-party applications connected to Salesforce
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for business metrics

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
• Proven experience in fast-moving, agile SMB environments
• Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder certifications
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion independently
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for a remote, cross-functional team
